Real Women

I can't say enough how much I admire the women I am lucky enough to work with every day. They truly are amazing Proverbs 31 Women. There isn't much that will slow them down. No matter what the situation - they tie on their Superwomen Capes and get the job done. Nothing will stand in the way of ministry! Well... almost nothing.

Da-Da-Da-Dah!!!!! Samantha and Teri to the rescue! Tools in one hand and makeup in the other.

It is very important that you stop and apply the correct amount of makeup before assessing the situation at hand. Apply too much and people just don't take you seriously!

Any good superhero is willing to make sacrifices for the cause. Teri is no exception. She is always willing to provide quality control when it comes to chip tasting. No one likes a stale chip! Her loyal parter watches faithfully. If Teri goes down... Samantha is there to step in!

The moment a leak was detected, this dynamic duo stopped everything and ran to the cooler. Thinking quickly, they immediately drained the water cooler to avoid further damage. There was a tiny grimace when gray fuzz was spied with their super-vision, but they rallied quickly to remedy the situation.

These superheroes aren't afraid to grasp onto high voltage during a thunder storm. "Whatever it takes!" That's their motto!

They are, however, afraid of spiders! "Ahhhhhhhhh!!!!!"
Just a day in the life of real women!

Ahem...

I think the old saying holds true here... when the cat's away, the mice will play.

Just kidding.

This boss lady is happy to see the office having fun. Plus those cape wearing women have certainly "saved the day" a time or two for this damsel in distress. That's for sure!!!

Scared of a spider? Who is scared of spider?

Shari- Obviously you have not had to chisle away at the stuff on your face! I could use a hammer to chip away at the sagging bags under my eyes and the extra layer of skin under my chin. I love you ladies in the office- you are amazing and soooooo encouraging and fun!

I love that fact that each of you is ready to take one for the team. You are all awesome. Thanks for everything you do day in and day out. You are great.
Van you do not need a chisel, you are beautiful just as you are.
Blessing,
Charlene

You put a smile on my face and reminded me of my working days, although I don't think I had as much fun as you all do:)

I onced worked at a salon and my boss became my best friend. God even took her place of business and used it as a way of telling other the Good News.

Did you save the spider?

LeAnn said...

Sorry Tammy...
The spider was crushed beneath my highly fashionable shoes!

It was the only way to get our superheroes down from their perch on top of the desk... and back to work!

Blessings,
LeAnn

Well, it was a HUGE HUMONGOUS spider. Truly it was!

LeAnn, this is hilarious! I love our office comedy!

Y'all are funny ladies. I'm afraid of spiders, too. But, more of snake than spiders. Spiders, I gasp. Snakes, I scream. The other day, I saw a little black snake-don't ask me the name, I don't know-I screamed so loud, I think I woke up every sleeping soul in the neighborhood. My eight-year-old son came to my rescue.

P31 Super Heroes:

This was really fun to read the post and see the pictures! :) Now we have some "visuals" of what goes on down yonder at the P31 office! What fun! :)

Hugs,
Sharon

Did you ever hear the phrase, "what happens in Vegas, stays in Vegas?" Wasn't that supposed to be true for Charlotte as well? hee hee
Loved it!

Well, this truly does appear to be the most fun place to work! The "Super Heroes" are amazing! They are faster than a speeding bullet, more powerful than a locomotive and when a spider is sighted they can leap a counter in a single bound!
Thanks for the fun,
Joy
